You know, people always treat life like they’re in a movie. Then, when things don’t turn out with that happy ending they veer from that point of view and completely give up. But there is one thing they don’t understand, life is never like it is in those movies. Yea, maybe once in awhile something will happen that’s reminiscent of something from a movie, but chances are it’s just cliche because whoever made that moment had gotten it from a movie. Movies are made up of a finite cast, one woman or one man, looking for love, maybe there’s only one love interest, maybe they’ve got choices, but in the movie they only have a few choices. In real life that opportunity is always present to meet someone new, someone original, someone who actually cares.
I’m not saying forget about the love stories, nor am I saying give up on the idea of unbelievable romance, because it can happen to some people. What I’m saying is, don’t give up, the chances of finding someone are one million times greater than the odds are in those movies you always watch. There will always be someone out there who is looking for a person just like yourself. And if you feel like whoever you’re with isn’t satisfying you, be it in romance, emotionally, physically, whatever the case may be, remember, there is something better out there.
The biggest problem is that I’m just now figuring this out, I would love to save whoever may be reading this some time or worry. Things change, all the time, and they more often than not get better as well. This world that we live in, it’s ten times better than those romantic movies we always see, because there are infinitely more opportunities to succeed in life.

Here’s a tip for the do-it-yourself crowd: Go to your computer’s Start menu, and either go to “run” or just search for “cmd.” Open it up, and type in “ping [website address],” like so:

Once you have the IP for a website, all you really need to do is enter it like you would a normal URL and hit enter/press go. Typing in “208.85.240.231” should bring you to the front page of AO3, for example, just as typing “174.121.194.34/dashboard” should bring you straight to your Tumblr dashboard. Since we’re obviously bracing for the worst case scenario which would involve you not being able to access Tumblr regularly, you should, like, save this list, I guess.

I’m not real sure how I feel right now, too many different things going on at once, it’s kinda making me crazy…
December142011
I want to start by saying I have an extremely diverse taste in music, but that doesn’t mean I try my hand at making all of those kinds, for one I’m just not talented enough. But, the one thing that really pisses me off more than anything is someone who uses “making music” as a status symbol, to improve their popularity rating among their friends.
This guy that I’m “friends” with on Facebook, we’ve got a long back story, I may get into that another time because it’s just that fucked up, anyway, he makes rap music. It really isn’t that good. He raps about things that he “does” when in reality most everyone that knew him in high school knows he doesn’t. But this isn’t the worst part, I can deal with poser musicians, I just don’t listen to their music. The worst part is, now that Dubstep is becoming extremely popular across the nation he’s decided he’s going to make that too. And it’s shit. Taking those pre-made electronic hip-hop beats, and making them more electronic does not qualify as dubstep. But the one thing that irritates me the most is he keeps posting this stuff like it’s so awesome. Yea, that’s great, get your name out there, but don’t go saying it’s the best shit without getting opinions first.
Mainly what I’m saying right now is, if that shit came on in the club, I’d walk out. It’s horrible, and it doesn’t do any justice for any of the actual DJ’s who put so much time into their craft, making their own beats.
5AM
I’m going to start a comic up of my own. I used to be in one until creative differences and school got in the way, so this will be a solo project. I’m going to make a new tumblr for it as well, so, once the first comic is finished I’ll get it started up and post the link.
Hopefully you all like it.
